Swiss Deal Ltd was established in 1994 as a company and consultant for advising and managing properties in London. We have worked with local business people as well and numerous oversea investors from the middle east and the far east.

Swiss Deal Ltd has been advising throughout these years and has worked with a large number of entrepeneurs from the UK and abroad to purchase many properties both residential and commercial.

All of our ventures have proved to be very profitable with huge increased appreciations for each building that has been bought with our professional advice.

We are a company that participates in projects regarding power stations, building hospitals, sea resorts and compounds of houses and villas.

Our consultants and their affiliated companies are European pioneers in these fields.

Swiss Deal Ltd is now operating from our new Mayfair address and has partners many countries including Saudi Arabia, Morocco, Egypt, Quatar and U.A.E.

Construction and building of master projects, polytechnic schools in countries in the Middle East for the new generation of highly graduated students from the ages of 12-16.

Supply, operate and maintain the latest technological advancements of medical equipment, CCTV and security systems.

Property Side:

We are proud of our knowledge in the property market in UK particularly in London since 1982. Swiss Deal Limited has been very successful for decades advising and closing many deals for a large number of properties in Central London to a variety of clients and we have accumulated a huge profit margin.

At present, we are capable of introducing very high profit potential in the commercial and residential sectors of Central London and beyond.

The management team are able to maintain a very high quality of service to our client's properties.
